Everyone needs to be reminded that we aren’t wired to face life’s challenges alone.
We don’t know what we don’t know. Life can become overwhelming, even to the most resilient. If we aren’t paying attention to the subtle clues our body gives — when it needs attention — the clues intensify. Taking a pause to focus on yourself, learn how to take steps to manage stress and reduce cortisol — and prioritize what matters— is a self honoring choice. My work is rooted in attachment-based therapy and designed to help you understand not just what is happening in your life—but why. Together, we’ll gently explore the early relational patterns that shaped how you love, protect yourself, what you prioritize, and how you move through the world.
When needed, approaches like inner child work, IFS (parts work), and compassionate self-forgiveness, helps to untangle the internal conflicts that keep you feeling stuck. You’ll learn how to relate to yourself with more curiosity and less judgment, creating space for lasting change. I facilitate you working directly with the parts of you that drive reactivity, self-criticism, or disconnection.
I honor that healing is not just psychological—it’s also deeply personal and, for many, spiritual. Whether you already have a spiritual practice or are simply open to deeper meaning, I integrate this dimension in a way that feels authentic and supportive.
This is a space to reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust within, and move forward with clarity, self-compassion, and intention.
