RESET RETREATS IN MAINE
Everyone needs to be reminded that we aren’t wired to face life’s challenges alone.
INDIVIDUAL RETREATS IN MAINE | PRIVATE RESET RETREATS
These private individual retreats in Maine are designed for people navigating burnout, major life transitions, emotional exhaustion, or the aftermath of difficult relational experiences, including abandonment wounds and recovery from emotionally harmful or high-conflict relationships.
Set on the coast of Maine in a private waterfront cottage, this immersive 3–5 day therapeutic experience offers the space to step out of daily life and reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more grounded way.
Unlike traditional weekly therapy, this intensive retreat format allows for uninterrupted focus, deeper emotional processing, and meaningful forward movement in a condensed period of time.
What an Individual Retreat Is
An individual retreat is a private, therapeutic experience designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself outside the pressures of everyday life. This is not a vacation or wellness getaway—it is focused, depth-oriented psychological and emotional work in a supportive and structured setting.
Together, we explore where you are now, what has shaped your current patterns, and what is keeping you from feeling grounded, clear, and aligned in your life.
This work is especially supportive if you are:
Moving through burnout or emotional overload
In a life transition or period of uncertainty
Healing from abandonment wounds or relational trauma
Recovering from narcissistic abuse or emotionally confusing relationships
Feeling stuck despite previous personal growth or therapy
Why an Immersive Retreat
Traditional weekly therapy can be deeply valuable, but it often requires time to build momentum between sessions. A retreat format allows for sustained focus without interruption, creating space for insights to develop more quickly and integrate more fully.
Over 3–5 days, we are able to:
Slow down the nervous system and create internal space
Identify core emotional patterns and protective strategies
Work directly with what is present, rather than what is remembered later
Integrate insight and experience in real time
Build a clearer sense of direction moving forward
The setting—your own private cottage on the coast of Maine—supports this process by removing external demands and allowing your system to settle.
This immersive 3–5 day therapeutic experience offers the space to step out of daily life and reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more grounded way.
Unlike traditional weekly therapy, this intensive retreat format allows for uninterrupted focus, deeper emotional processing, and meaningful forward movement in a condensed period of time.
Sometimes a true pause is needed to recalibrate and restore. The Individual “Reset” Retreat is a 3–5 day immersive experience designed to help you step out of your daily life and reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more intentional way. This is especially powerful during times of transition, burnout, or when you feel unclear about what’s next.
Together, we’ll explore where you are right now, where you want to go, and what may be keeping you from moving forward. Through a blend of therapeutic modalities, intuition and reflective space, we’ll gently uncover patterns, process what’s unresolved, and create a clearer internal path.
Outside of our sessions, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and simply be—something us human “doings” don’t often allow ourselves.
This is your time to recalibrate, restore your energy, and return to your life feeling more grounded, aligned, and connected to your truth.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for the person who:
Is high-functioning in most areas of life, but knows something is stuck
Has done some personal work before and wants to go deeper, faster
Is navigating a significant transition — a relationship ending, a career shift, a loss, a life transition
Is curious about IFS, parts work, spiritual growth or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in a safe, clinically guided context
Simply wants to give themselves something they rarely do: time to rest, reflect and restore — and perhaps work through something important that is holding them back
Optional Add-On: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
For individuals open to a non-ordinary state approach, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can be incorporated into the retreat. When clinically appropriate, this modality can support deeper emotional processing, increased cognitive flexibility, and access to material that may be less available through traditional talk therapy alone. Ketamine also has anti-depressant and anti-anxiety properties.
This retreat is ideal for individuals in periods of transition, decision-making, or plateau who want a concentrated, results-oriented experience.
