RESET RETREATS IN MAINE

Everyone needs to be reminded that we aren’t wired to face life’s challenges alone.

INDIVIDUAL RESET RETREATS IN MAINE

Sometimes a true pause is needed to recalibrate and restore. The retreat takes place at a private waterfront cottage on the coast of Maine —distraction-free, and surrounded by water and natural beauty.

The Individual “Reset” Retreat is a 3–5 day immersive experience designed to help you step out of your daily life and reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more intentional way. This is especially powerful during times of transition, burnout, or when you feel unclear about what’s next.

Together, we’ll explore where you are right now, where you want to go, and what may be keeping you from moving forward. Through a blend of therapeutic modalities, intuition and reflective space, we’ll gently uncover patterns, process what’s unresolved, and create a clearer internal path.

You’ll stay in your own cottage on the coast of Maine, surrounded by the calming presence of water and nature. Outside of our sessions, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and simply be—something us human “doings” don’t often allow ourselves.

This is your time to recalibrate, restore your energy, and return to your life feeling more grounded, aligned, and connected to your truth.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for the person who:

  • Is high-functioning in most areas of life, but knows something is stuck

  • Has done some personal work before and wants to go deeper, faster

  • Is navigating a significant transition — a relationship ending, a career shift, a loss, a life transition

  • Is curious about IFS, parts work, spiritual growth or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in a safe, clinically guided context

  • Simply wants to give themselves something they rarely do: time to rest, reflect and restore — and perhaps work through something important that is holding them back

Slow mornings, quiet views

Optional Add-On: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

For individuals open to a non-ordinary state approach, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can be incorporated into the retreat. When clinically appropriate, this modality can support deeper emotional processing, increased cognitive flexibility, and access to material that may be less available through traditional talk therapy alone. Ketamine also has anti-depressant and anti-anxiety properties.

This retreat is ideal for individuals in periods of transition, decision-making, or plateau who want a concentrated, results-oriented experience.
